Dr. Lester Andrew Snell III is a distinguished Pastor, Community Leader and Business Consultant with a renowned reputation for excellence in Church Administration. With a career spanning over 25 years, Dr. Snell has made significant contributions to Nonprofit and Religious Organizations, particularly in developing strategies for Organizational Effectiveness within the Christian Context.
